Consortium of two Giants Yahoo and Bing – What does it have for common advertiser and user.
Yahoo and Bing are in final stages to implement their new search alliance that is planned to be launched somewhere in September; there is lot of work need to be done before this leap to be integrated into the search engine market. Yahoo has already starting incorporating some Bing results into its search pages, so if your website is doing well in yahoo search then you have a fair chance of increased traffic that might be as low as 2 to 5 percent but it would definitely make a difference. Yahoo is planning to include 25% of Bing results as a result of this search alliance in future.
Main concern for most of the online marketers and advertisers is that how this alliance of Yahoo and Microsoft Bing is going to benefit and what they have to do in order to get maximum out of this consortium?
